FAQ | The Elevated Brim

Where are you located?

We're located in Minnesota - right in the heart of lakes country! But, our hat bar is completely mobile and we travel across the US. Travel fees are not included in our standard pricing though so please reach out for a custom quote.
Which hat styles do you offer?

I have a large head. Do you have a hat that will fit me?

We stock hats that fit a head circumference of 56-60cm. All of our hats have an elastic band to offer a more flexible fit. While these sizes fit most, we do occasionally encounter the need to order a smaller or larger size. Please send us an email if you're looking for a hat but would need a larger or smaller fit.
How much are your hats?

Because each hat is as unique as it's owner, this is a tough question! Our Brim package starts at $100.
Can I bring my own hat?

Our team is highly trained to brand and bind our specific hats. Because of that, we cannot use a hat that you already own.
What is included in a Brim Package?

Our Brim package includes: (1) Vegan Felt Hat (3) Bands and/or cords (3) Feathers, flowers, or stems (1) Playing Card (1) Custom Brand (1) Take home bag and cleaning sponge Additional Elevated items can be added to Brim Packages as al a carte options.
I reserved a spot at an event but can no longer attend. Can I get a refund on my deposit?

Unfortunately event deposits are non-refundable. However, if your event is 14 or more days out, you can email us and transfer your deposit to another event if there is space. A deposit can only be transferred once.
I can't attend an event. Can I still get a custom hat?

We can absolutely still design a custom hat for you! Please fill out our custom hat form and we'll get a virtual meeting scheduled with a member of our team to get you started!
